Flying in the wind tunnel are fascinating, exciting and accessible to everyone.

Aerodium is the first vertical wind tunnel in Eastern Europe. The air flow is so strong that it can literally "lying" and soar without wings! When you change the body of the laws of aerodynamics allow you rise into the sky, perform different movements and experience the incredible emotions.

Flying is very safe, and the experience is required! During the whole flight with you will be the instructor who will keep you in the air stream to a safe altitude, and when you rasslabiš′sâ, however, you will rise in the air to a height of several meters.

The minimum flight time is 2 minutes, but to fully enjoy the flight, we recommend that you fly 4 minutes.

History Of The Aerodium

It all started with the Canadian company headed by inventor Jean Saint-Germain (Jean St Germain), which in 1979, created the world's first wind tunnel designed for outdoor activities.

Aerodium Latvia's story begins in 2005, when nobody else believed in an idea that man could fly. However, the long work and a high level of craftsmanship were convincingly demonstrated the Aerodium commands around the world on the most popular and spectacular event of show business-the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games in Turin in 2006 year. Specially for this show was made aerodynamic unit with which the Latvian skajdajvery staged an unforgettable show aerobatics at a height of 25 meters. Millions of people see and on TV, with bated breath, watching the moment when the dream man on the coast is becoming a reality.

Since then, the industry has started a rapid growth, thanks to the huge interest from Turin to remote corners of the Earth.

Wind tunnel is closed. Flight season will begin in early summer of the year 2015.
