It’s almost impossible to describe all Oriental beauty which is integrated in the four halls of restaurant “Uzbekistan”. At the birth of the restaurant’s top priority was to create a place where you can come to the Latvian intelligentsia, gourmets and family people to understand-this place is available to anyone. A place where the rich, but not an artsy Interior, a place where visitors feel the homely atmosphere and a special aura, just crossing the threshold. A place where enjoying the familiar and the unknown Eastern delicacies that can be accurately described by the word “tasty”. Restaurant, where the food is prepared from natural products and is served in accordance with long traditions, where fresh bread is baked in a special oven imported from Uzbekistan. In other words, everyone in the restaurant had to be pure in its execution and form a natural and beautiful, geeky appetite. A place that can affect the human soul so that it responded.
A special pride of the restaurant “Uzbekistan”-chef Ahrol Tadjibaev, who for 35 years our practice has worked in a very famous restaurants, including the legendary Tashkent restaurant Bahor, as well as the famous Moscow restaurant “White Sun of the desert”. The chef is particularly proud that he took away all the staff of sam in Tashkent, and finally in Riga you can try real Uzbek pilaf, filed into the Cauldron.
The secret of the restaurant
If you ask what the taste of the barbecue, hardly in Latvia, there is someone who does not know the answer to that question. But how many of us know how to serve Shish kebab? All dishes are created from natural products. In turn, the seasonings are brought from a distant country.
